• Expert proofing, editing based on AP Style, details count.
• Two or four year degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. WORD – 60 wpm, Excel, PowerPoint, web tools and database software). Sharepoint knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage large projects, as well as work simultaneously on several projects.
• Previous office experience.
• Knowledge of office equipment and filing procedures.
• Commitment to continual education with regard to office technology and computer skills through formal education or informal training.

• Prepare high-quality, client-ready work within client’s brand standard, on a timely basis.
• Perform expert proofing, editing based on AP Style.
• Support and assist with team projects and program implementation.
• Assist in distribution of news release projects as directed
• Assist and manage specialized client-specific projects (i.e. media analysis and reporting; trade show tasks; press briefing books; public company, financial reporting activities; events; award entries; research; materials ordering; assembly of client materials)
• Assist with assigned client Sharepoint projects posting and uploading and exporting data.
• Support team new business efforts, including prospect research and participating in RFP responses and new business presentation preparations.
• Assist staff with scanning clips, monitoring clips and preparing reports for assigned clients.
• Supervise overload help, interns or other staff, when appropriate, for special assignments.
• Keep supervisors and team members informed of progress on projects.
• Assist staff implementing policies and procedures to ensure consistent performance serving clientsAttend team meetings; takes notes, and follow through as needed.
• Help prepare for and participate in team brainstorms.
• Assist on all large PadillaCRT mailings (i.e. holiday, promotion announcement, contributions brochure, client roundtables).
• Act as resource to team on all computer software (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database, Outlook Calendar).
• Commitment to continual education with regard to office technology and computer software skills through formal education or informal reading
• Plan events as required
• Other duties as assigned.
1. Prefer a 2 or 4 year degree or equivalent.
2. Expert grammar, spelling, punctuation and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
3. Proven ability and knowledge of Microsoft office products (i.e. WORD -60wpm, Excel, PPT, web tools and database software).
4. Ability to manage large projects, as well as work simultaneously on several projects.
5. Basic knowledge of PR elements and marketing principles is helpful.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skill set
7. Ability to take initiative to complete assigned tasks
8. Previous office experience desired.
9. Knowledge of office equipment and filing procedures.
